Product Enablement Manager

Zone & Co is hiring a Product Enablement Manager to lead enablement across its product portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting product enablement strategies and materials that accelerate user adoption and drive value for customers. You will partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless communication of product updates, features, and improvements across internal teams and customers.

Who we’re looking for

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Product Enablement Manager with a strong understanding of SaaS and product lifecycle management. You should have experience developing and delivering enablement programs that support product launches and drive product adoption. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a deep understanding of customer needs, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enablement strategies for new product releases, updates, and features.
• Create and maintain comprehensive enablement materials, including presentations, guides, FAQs, training videos, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on messaging and priorities.
• Organize and lead product training sessions for internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Support, to ensure they are equipped to communicate product value to customers.
• Develop customer-facing enablement content to help customers maximize the value of Zone products.
• Measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and continuously improve based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments to inform enablement strategies.
• Act as a product champion, advocating for customer needs and feedback in product discussions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product enablement, product marketing, or a related role, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience creating enablement materials, training programs, and product documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex product information in a clear and engaging manner.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other enablement tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation and benefits

Zone & Co is committed to offering competitive compensation. The base salary range for this position is $105,000 – $120,000. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, location, and market conditions. In addition to base salary, we offer equity options and a comprehensive benefits package.
