Chief of Staff

• Design and improve internal systems, policies, and processes for a remote company.
• Take responsibility for day-to-day operational decisions and execution.
• Represent the CEO and other leaders in meetings and make decisions within delegated authority.
• Lead internal initiatives from idea through completion, aligning the right people and resolving dependencies.
• Participate in leadership team meetings and contribute an informed operational perspective.
• Set priorities and raise the standard of execution across administration, people operations, and company events.
• Oversee programs and practices that help employees feel connected and effective.
• Drive preparation of all-hands presentations and company communications.
• Identify and solve recurring problems to improve operations.

Experience

• Bachelors Degree
• Record of owning complex operations or cross-functional initiatives with excellent results.
• Exceptional judgment, discretion, and integrity.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver results.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear priorities and decisive action.
• Presence to represent senior leadership and make decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and focus on what matters most.
• Interpersonal skills to work across functions and resolve disagreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a demanding, growing organization.

Salary and Perks

Pay range: $180K - $270K
