- Finacle Core Banking Expertise: Hands-on experience executing test cases, navigating modules, and validating RBG workflows (Accounts, Deposits, Loans, Payments) in Infosys Finacle (Must)
- Defect Management: Hands-on experience with defect logging, tracking, retesting, and reporting using tools like Jira or HP ALM (Must)
- Testing & QA: Solid understanding of SIT, UAT, functional testing, and regression testing in banking applications (Must)
- Data Migration & Reconciliation: Practical experience in data validation, pre-migration data cleansing, and financial reconciliation (Must)
