Senior Product Designer

• Lead the design of complex experiences across web and native iOS platforms, from problem definition and discovery through prototyping, launch, and iteration.
• Use research, feedback, behavioral data, and competitive insights to understand customer needs and define problems worth solving.
• Create intuitive experiences with strong interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility following Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.
• Develop high-fidelity, interactive prototypes using tools including Lottielab, Jitter, and ProtoPie.
• Ensure cohesion and consistency in user experience across customer journeys and contribute to the design system.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Analytics to define success and iterate based on experiments and feedback.
• Participate in critiques, share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of high standards and collaboration.

Experience

• 5-8+ years of experience designing digital products for responsive web and mobile platforms with strong iOS experience.
• Exceptional skills in UX, interaction, and visual design, with an understanding of information architecture and accessibility.
• Experience in motion and interaction design, including animation and high-fidelity prototyping using tools like Figma, Lottielab, Jitter, or ProtoPie.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for prototyping, component-based design, and using design systems.
• Ability to translate customer insights, business goals, and technical considerations into solutions, with research and usability testing experience.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Cursor for design exploration and rapid prototyping.
• Independent leadership with the ability to navigate ambiguity and progress projects forward with minimal guidance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.
• A portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving, exploration, and measurable impact with interactive prototypes or motion work.
• Possessing a growth mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to receive feedback.

Pay range: $150K - $190K
